Our New Way office process is simple. Following are the guidelines of our modus operandi. We strive to be crystal clear in our approach and our process is devised for the convenience of our clients, easy to understand and quick to be executed.

1. Client Outlines the requirement, indicating the No. of Seats required and the Job Profile description, and send to NWO
2. NWO starts searching for candidates by taking interviews and short list them based on the variables given by client.
3. The client would approve the candidate by taking online interview from short listed candidates.
4. Once the candidate/s is approved, the client transfers the Setup fee and One Month's advance payment into the NWO company’s account.
5. The candidate is hired & trained by NWO on the training format which client sends NWO.
6. NWO monitor and check quality of the business operation for about a week. and after that candidate hits the floor independently executing the job.
7. Based on the company policies the candidates reports regularly and the work will be delivered to the client on continuous basis.
8. The Invoice will be send by NWO to the client on monthly basis.
